Our Shipping procedures at Archerelle are rooted in promoting a responsible, ethical and eco-conscious approach to packaging and delivery.

We love receiving our online orders, and we will do everything in our power to create an ease around when you get your goods (usually 10 days domestically + 3 weeks internationally). We do offer expedited shipping options and personalized delivery, please email us at support@archerelle.com, to help us navigate the best way to support your package + timing goals.

Gift Wrapping

We LOVE! a gift. Our jewelry + handbags come in an organic white cotton bag with a nude leather tag {image below}. We have an amazing selection of handmade gift cards. If you’d like a personalized note included, we’d be happy to assist. Our intention is to have fun in the gifting process, while making it easy on you.

Lost packages are not our direct responsibility, however, we will always do our best to assist in helping you locate.

Shippings Days

Please note, on business days, during the week… we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or US holidays.

International Shipping rates are all via air, delivery times may vary depending upon the country. There are limitations on delivery within certain areas and countries throughout the world.

Availability

In the event an item is temporarily out of stock or permanently unavailable, we will send you an email informing you. You will have the option to modify or cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we will fully refund you as soon as possible. If you choose to re-order an out-of-stock item, we will keep 50% as a deposit and charge the card on file as
